Return & Refund Policy

At Manposh, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to return the item to us.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken) cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
